Birchbox June

It's that time of the month again!!

Wait..that just sounds weird...

It's Birchbox time..

and this month is a pretty good one...

It's all about travel this month..this month's Birchbox is called "Jet Set".

It comes all wrapped up in pretty tissue that makes me want to tear into it like a kid on Christmas!!

So here we go, let the sampling begin..

First up ...
They gave me a little sample for the hubby...
John Varvatos cologne..and it smells divine.  I might have to splurge on some of this for my man!

Beautyblender, Blendercleanser.  It's a soy-based cleanser for your make-up brushes and sponges.  It's smells a little funky, but it's supposed to remove build-up, bacteria and oil.  hmmm...we'll see.
Number 4 Super Comb Prep & Protect.  It's a leave-in treatment that is supposed to defrizz and detangle hair.  The part I really like is that it has UV filters to help protect your hair from the sun.  It says it smells gorgeous, but I don't know if I would go that far. I'll have to let you know after I use it a few times if it's worth it.
I'm pretty excited about this one...
Comodynes Self-Tanning Intensive towelettes.  I am an avid connoisseur of anything "self-tan" considering that I am one of the fairest people on the planet.... besides my Mother.  So, I can't wait to try this formula.  It's a best seller in Europe and has finally made it to the good old US of A..yippee!  If you see me looking like a golden goddess..you'll know why.
theBalm Cosmetics Stainiac in Beauty Queen.
It's a two in one, gel based,  lip and cheek stain.  At first I looked at the color and thought I would look like a floozy, but as I applied it, I realized it goes on super sheer. I really like it and the color is actually very natural.  It's a keeper.

Now we all know there always has to be something weird...
This is a Tili bag.  It's basically a designer ziploc baggie.  It's touts that you can "breeze through airport security with these too-cute bags."  My thought is, "Who Cares?"  When I'm trying to get through security, I really don't care what any one's plastic bags look like.  I care about how long "Mr. Smith" is taking emptying out the hundreds of things that they repeatedly told him to take out of his bag before he got up there.  Bottom line, just use a quart size ziploc and be done with it.

I'll let you know if there is something you shouldn't live without!....and wish me luck with the self tanner...I may need it.
